

Sam is the owner and sonographer of Junee Ultrasound. She moved to Junee in 2009 and began her ultrasound career in 2013. Dedicated to her profession, she is always learning and upgrading her skills to provide the highest standard of care.
Sam started Junee Ultrasound to help the local community access quality, affordable healthcare close to home. As a mum of three children, including twins, and having experienced multiple complex health conditions within her immediate family, she has a strong personal understanding of the importance of compassionate, reassuring care. Sam brings genuine empathy to every appointment and takes pride in ensuring each patient feels comfortable, supported, and truly cared for.

Isabel is Junee Ultrasound’s trainee sonographer and all-around superstar, known for her caring and compassionate nature. She has experience across a range of allied health fields and has previously worked as a medical imaging receptionist, giving her a strong understanding of patient care and the workings of a busy clinic.
Isabel began her sonography traineeship in 2025, which will take approximately two years to complete. She is enthusiastic, dedicated, and always eager to learn, bringing warmth and professionalism to every patient interaction. Isobel is a valued member of the Junee Ultrasound team, not only for her growing technical skills but also for her positive attitude, reliability, and the genuine care she shows to patients and colleagues alike.

Phil is Junee Ultrasound’s off-site receptionist, IT specialist, and go-to fixer for anything that’s broken. He moved to Junee in 2009 and, with a background as a mechanic, brings exceptional problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Phil is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science and is set to begin his sonography traineeship in 2028. His dedication and resourcefulness ensure the clinic operates efficiently and effectively for both patients and staff.

Amber is Junee Ultrasound’s Saturday and relief receptionist and the youngest member of the team. Kind, smart, and enthusiastic, she is currently aspiring to become a radiologist. Amber brings a positive energy to the clinic, helping with reception duties as well as keeping the clinic clean and pristine for patients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Amber is a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do, a self-proclaimed nerd, and an enthusiastic dancer and cheerleader, bringing her energy and passion into everything she does.

Dr Iain Duncan is a highly qualified specialist in rheumatology, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic ultrasound, with over 25 years of experience leading advances in musculoskeletal diagnosis, ultrasound, and nuclear/molecular imaging. He has made significant contributions to research and knowledge in many fields and is widely respected for his expertise.
Iain has an unwavering passion for improving patient outcomes by combining his unique clinical skills with the latest developments in imaging technology. As the director of UltrasoundCBR in Canberra, he brings exceptional knowledge and precision to every case.

Dr Hamidh brings over 15 years of primary care experience across radiology, pediatrics, and emergency care, and works at various clinics throughout regional NSW.
He is nearing completion of his fellowship in rural generalism, with a special interest in musculoskeletal and pain medicine. He has extensive experience with ultrasound-guided procedures, including prolotherapy and PRP injections. We greatly appreciate Dr Hamidh making time in his busy schedule to come to Junee Ultrasound, so we can together help patients manage pain and improve their quality of life.
